Privilege- Petition from Persons in custody.
A PETITION, on the Behalf of Thomas Mason,
Nicholas Bagshawe and Robert Littler, now in the
Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, for a Breach of Privilege,
against Sir Henry Herbert, being tendered to the House;
submitting themselves, and craving the Pardon of the
House;
Ordered, That the Persons before-mentioned be discharged, paying their Fees.
Mosely's Estate.
A Bill being tendered on the Behalf of Edward Mosely,
an Infant, to prevent the Forfeiture of his Estate, by Mr.
Crouch, according to the Order of the House;
Resolved, &c. That the Bill to prevent the Forfeiture
of the Estate of Edward Mosely, an Infant, be read on
Friday next.
Supply Bill Subsidies.
The House then resolved into a Committee of the
whole House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, That
the House had made some further Progress in the Consideration of the said Bill; and humbly moved, from
the said Committee, that the House would resolve into a
Committee of the whole House, on Friday Morning next,
Nine of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration thereof.
Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the
Committee, that the House be resolved into a Committee
of the whole House, on Friday Morning next, Nine of
the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the
Bill of Subsidies.

Ordered, That all Committees that were to sit this
Afternoon, be adjourned.
And then the House adjourned till Friday Morning,
