THE Committee for Clegatt's Petition, - Two Clock this Afternoon in the former Place.

Persons sent for.

Gregg and Gregg to be sent for, by a Warrant from Mr. Speaker, to attend the House, for putting in Execution their Patents condemned; and to bring in their Patents,

Call of the House.

The House to be called upon Wednesday next; and whosoever shall then make Default, and is gone down without Leave, shall pay 20s. for a Fine: And, upon the Calling, every Man to answer, whether he paid the Collection the last Parliament.

Recusants.

Mr. Sherland added to the Committee for the Bill against the Conveyance over of the Children, to be popishly bred.

Leave of Absence.

Mr. Mason, going down suddenly, upon News of the Death of his Wife, spared.

Upon Question,no further Motion to be made, concerning the Sparing of any, untill the Calling of the House.

E. of Devon's Estate.

Mr. Glanvyle reporteth the Earl of Devonshyre's Bill (re-committed) with some Amendments. The new Amendments, in Paper, twice read.

Upon Question, whether this Bill to be now thirdly read, Resolved Yea.

And thereupon the Bill, with all the Amendments, and Additions, in Paper, and the Proviso, ingrossed in Parchment, 3dly read.

Mr. Maxwell bringeth Word, the King hath sent for the whole House, with the Speaker, to come up to him to the higher House.
