2. An Act for the Confirmation of the King's Majesty's Letters Patents, made to Robert Bathurst, Esquire,

3. An Act for the Confirmation of the King's Majesty's Letters Patents, made to William Bourchieur,
Esquire, of the Manor of Bardisleigh, in the County of
Glocester; were this Day sent to the Lower House, by

Evelyn's Lands for the Payment of his Debts.
The Bill for Sale of certain Lands of John Evelin,
Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day returned to the House, by the Earl of Shrewsbury, the
first of the Committees, without any Alteration or
Amendment, and with Signification that the said Bill
would not be any way prejudicial to the Sons of the
said John Evelin.
