1. Intituled, An Act for Assuring of the Advowson of the Vicarage of Chesthunt, to Robert Earl of Salisbury, and his Heirs; and of the Advowson of the Rectory of Orsett, to Richard Bishop of London, and his Successors.

Manor and Borough of Lachelade to Bathurst.

2. An Act for the Confirmation of the King's Majesty's Letters Patents, made to Robert Bathurst, Esquire, of the Manor and Borough of Lachelade, in the County of Glocester.

Manor of Bardisley to Bourchier.

3. An Act for the Confirmation of the King's Majesty's Letters Patents, made to William Bourchieur, Esquire, of the Manor of Bardisleigh, in the County of Glocester; were this Day sent to the Lower House, by Sir John Tindall and Sir George Coppin.

Moved, and Agreed, That the Lord Admiral and the Lord Stanhope shall be added to the Committees that are appointed for Conference with the Lower House, concerning the Matter of the Union.

Evelyn's Lands for the Payment of his Debts.

The Bill for Sale of certain Lands of John Evelin, Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day returned to the House, by the Earl of Shrewsbury, the first of the Committees, without any Alteration or Amendment, and with Signification that the said Bill would not be any way prejudicial to the Sons of the said John Evelin.
