That the Knights, Citizens, and Commons have, with
great Joy and Comfort, received the Message from His Majesty, touching His Consent, that they shall treat of
the Matter of Tenures; for which they hold themselves
bound to present their most humble Thanks to His
Highness, by the Mouth of their Speaker (according
to the Course holden in like Cases by their Predecessors);
