Upon reading the Petition of William Lord North &
Grey; praying Leave to bring in a Bill for his Lady's
Naturalization:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner may
bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of his Petition.
Harrington et al. versus Horton.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Harrington Executor of Philip Higginbottom, Richard Mackrill, John Ratcliffe, and others, from a Decree made in
the Court of Exchequer, the Two and Twentieth of
June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, on the
Behalf of Thomas Horton; and praying, "That the said
Decree and Proceedings thereupon may be set aside
and reversed; and that Thomas Horton may answer
thereunto; and the Service of this Order on his Clerk
in Court may be sufficient Service, in order thereunto;
and that the Proceedings upon the said Decree may
be stayed:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Horton
may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he
is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in
Writing, on Friday the Twentieth Day of this Instant
December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon; and that
the Service of this Order upon the Respondent's Clerk
in Court shall be good Service, in order thereunto; and
all Proceedings upon the said Decree shall be, and they
are in the mean Time hereby, stayed.
Parker versus Lamb.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of George
Parker Esquire, Eldest Son and Heir of Edmund Parker
Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery,
the Twentieth Day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred and Five, on the Behalf of Mary Lamb Widow;
and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the said Mary Lamb may
have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and she is
hereby required to put in her Answer thereunto, in
Writing, on Friday the Third Day of January next, at
Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

to the Address, as follows; (videlicet,)

"I am very much pleased with the many Expressions of
your Affection for My Service, and of your Zeal for
