Wilson versus Story.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Ralph Wilson Junior, and his Wife, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in Ireland, the Seven and Twentieth Day of April One Thousand Seven Hundred and Five, on the Behalf of George Walter Story and his Wife; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said George Walter Story and his Wife may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Three and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
