L. Osborne takes the Oaths.

This Day Peregrine Lord Osborne took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, and the Oath of Abjuration, and also made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.

State of the Fleet and Trade, to be considered.

Then the House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed, to consider of the State of the Nation, in relation to the Fleet and Trade:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Wednesday next, at Twelve a Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee to consider of the State of the Nation, in relation to the Fleet, and the Trade of the United Kingdom of Great Britain; and all the Lords summoned.

State of Trade, with Commissioners Observations, to be laid before the House.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of Trade and Plantations do lay before this House, in Writing, a State or Representation of the Trade of the Kingdom, with their Observations thereupon, from the Time to which their last Representation doth extend.

Adjourn.
