PRAYERS.
Kelly versus L. Bellew.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Dennis
Kelly, of Aghram, in the County of Galway, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire, and Mary his Wife; praying,
"That a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in
Ireland, the Thirtieth Day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six, in a Cause there depending, between the Petitioners Plaintiffs, and the
Right Honourable Richard Lord Bellew of the Kingdom of Ireland Defendant, may be rectified and
amended in several Particulars therein mentioned; and
that the Lord Bellew may answer to the said Appeal,
and the Service of the Order of this House on the
Respondent's Clerk in Chancery in Ireland may be
good Service:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the said Richard Lord
Bellew may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall
and he is hereby required to put in his Answer to the
same, in Writing, on Friday the Six and Twentieth Day
of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon;
and that the Service of this Order on the Respondent's
Clerk in Chancery in Ireland shall be good Service, in
order thereunto.
