The Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas and the Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer delivered in their Report, upon the Petition of Sir Edward Smyth Baronet, referred to them.

Ordered, That the said Report be read Tomorrow.

Then the Lords went to Westminster Abbey, to hear a Sermon.
