enable Peyton Altham, an Infant Trustee, to join in
suffering a Common Recovery, or levying a Fine, of
an Estate in Essex, as if he were of full Age."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall
pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Account of Ships, Cruizers and Convoys.
Mr. Fawler, from the Admiralty-office, delivered at
the Bar, an Account of what Ships have been employed as Cruizers and Convoys in the Year 1709, over and
above the Ships of War for the Line of Battle, and for
Convoys to remote Parts, prepared in Pursuance of an
Act of Parliament, intituled, "An Act for the better
securing the Trade of this Kingdom, by Cruizers and
Convoys."
