COMMUNES, coram Domino Rege, in pleno Parliamenti Consistorio comparentes, eidem Domino Regi præsentaverunt Thomas Richardson, Servientem ad Legem, Prolocutorem suum. Qui quidem Thomas Richardson, post Excusationem suæ Insufficientiæ coram Domino Rege humiliter propositam, pro eo quod ipsa sua Excusatio a Sacra Regia Majestate approbata et admissa non fuit, ab eadem Majestate Supplici Prece impetrabat.

Dominus Cancellarius declaravit præsens Parliamentum continuandum esse usque in diem Lunæ, videlicet, 5m Februarii, Dominis sic decernentibus.
