Killingworth Castle to the Prince.

The Earl Marshal, first of the Committee, on the Bill to enable Dame Alice Dudley to convey Killingworth to the Prince, reported, That they considered thereof, called before them, and heard all that were interested therein, and moved the Lady Dudley to secure some Portions for her Children, which she promised to do; and so delivered in the said Bill, with Amendments and One Addition, allowed of by their Lordships.

Complaint being (fn. *) made unto this House, That Henry Lucye, Servant to the Right Honourable the Lord Mordant, is arrested, contrary to the Privileges of this Court; it is Ordered, That a Writ of Habeas corpus cum causa shall be awarded, and directed to the Sheriffs of London, to bring the Body of the said Henrye Lucye before their Lordships To-morrow Morning, by Nine of the Clock.

Cooper arrested.

Upon like Complaint, That Henry Cooper, Servant also of the said Lord Mordant, was arrested by Richard Vivers (Mayor of Banbury) and Robert Kentch his Servant; it is also Ordered, That the Serjeant at Arms attendant on this House shall bring the Bodies of the said Richard Vivers and Robert Kentch before their Lordships, on Tuesday next, the Eleventh of this December, at Nine in the Morning, to answer their Contempt.
