This Day, Stephen Buck, complained of by the Lord
Stafford (the 26th of November last), for having counterfeited his Hand and Seal, was brought to the Bar; and,
denying the Fact, was withdrawn, for that the Lord
Stafford was not here present, nor none other to prove the
same. He is to be brought hither again, when my Lord
Stafford shall be here.
River Thames to Oxford.
The Bill for making the River of Thames Navigable
from Bercott, to the City of Oxford, was sent to the Commons, by Sir Charles Cæsar and Sir Eubulus Thelwell.

Act against such as shall levy any Fines, suffer any Recovery, &c. in other Mens Names, and returned the
same with Two Additions. The which Additions were
presently Twice read, and Ordered to be ingrossed.
Exportation of Welch Butter.
His Grace also reported the Bill concerning Transportation of Butter, &c. And returned the same, with One
Addition. The which Addition was presently Twice
read, and Ordered to be ingrossed.
False Dying of Silks.
The Committees on the Bill against False Dying of
Silks are to meet To-morrow Morning, by Nine of the
Clock, in the Painted Chamber.
Monopolies, &c.
The Committees for the new drawing the Heads of
a Bill concerning Monopolies, &c. are to meet Tomorrow Morning also, and the Lord Treasurer is to
have Notice thereof.
