Lord Chief Justice, Lord Chief Baron, Mr. Baron Bromley, Mr. Justice Crooke; and any other of the Judges whom the Lords shall please to call, and all the King's Counsel, |
To attend the Lords. |
To meet on Thursday, the 25th of this May at

D. of Bucks desires he may proceed to answer the Charge against him.
The Duke of Buckingham moved the House, That,
if he shall be ready to answer the Complaint of the

was granted.
That he may be allowed some of the King's Counsel.

His Grace further moved, That, considering his
Charge consisteth of many Heads, he may be judged
for each, as he shall be ready; to make his Answer
after Examination. Which was agreed to be considered
