Message from the King to the House to sit constantly.

The Lord Keeper delivered a Message from the King, to this Purpose: videlicet,

"That His Majesty made known unto their Lordships, in the Beginning of this Parliament, the Cause why He summoned the same; and that His Occasions were so pressing upon Him, that they would not admit of Delays: He takes Notice of the Conference Yesterday by the Commons, concerning the Liberties of the Subject: He desires the Lords to speed the Report thereof, and to sit Forenoon and Afternoon till it come to a Conclusion."

These Reports are to be made To-morrow Morning.

Lord Gerrard's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the enabling of the Right Honourable Dutton Lord Gerrarde, Baron of Gerrards Bromley, to make a Jointure to any Wife which he shall hereafter marry, and to make Provision for any of his younger Children; and for the better securing of Portions, and Limitation of Maintenance, for Alice Gerrard, Frances Gerrarde, and Elizabeth Gerrard, Sisters of the said Dutton Lord Gerrard, Daughters of the late Right Honourable Gilbert Lord Gerrard, deceased.

Committee for Privileges.

The Committee for Privileges are to meet this Afternoon, at Two in the Painted Chamber; and these Lords are added to that Committee: videlicet,
