The Lord Keeper delivered His Majesty's Message to
the House, to this Effect: videlicet,
Message from the King, to expedite Business, as He intends short to put an End to the Session.
"That His Majesty, upon many urgent and pressing
Occasions, is resolved to hasten an End of this Session,
and to prorogue this Parliament to a further Time,
and hath assigned Wednesday the 11th of this June to
make an End of this Session; and hath commanded
this to be signified to both Houses, that those Businesses which are before you of greatest Consequence may be hastened to an Expedition."
E. of Warwick versus The East India Company.
The Petition of the Earl of Warwicke against the
East Indian Company was read, and referred to the
Committee for Petitions, with Precedency before all
others; and the East Indian Company is to have Notice
hereof, and to bring the Letters and Orders mentioned
in the said Petition, and to answer the same in Writing,
To-morrow, at Two in the Afternoon.

and for the annexing of the Castle, Honour, Manor,
and Lordship of Arundell, in the County of Sussex,
with the Titles and Dignities of the Barony of Fitz
Allen, Clun, and Oswalstrye, and Matravers, and with
divers other Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments,
hereafter in this Act mentioned, being now Parcel of
the Possessions of Thomas Earl of Arundell and Surry,
Earl Marshal of England, to the same Title, Name, and
Dignity of Earl of Arundell.

Captain Elvinston, being called before the Lords, did
affirm, That he had not seen his Auncient Henry Reynde
this Fortnight, and thinks he is not in Town. He was
commanded to bring him to the House whensoever he
shall find him; and, so soon as he shall understand
where he is, to inform the House thereof.
