This sum being deducted out of the former sum of the Rents there remains
in cleare maintenance to the Parson £264 4s. 0½d.
Mem. that three fourth parts of this living stand within the liberties and
14th part without.
In this valuation of the houses I have observed this moderation that 1
have deducted a fourth part of the present Rent and likewise the Fine, and
the sum of the houses thus valued amounteth to £3985.
