Odard de Monte Martini 1304.

James de Hispania occ. in catalogue (WD 2 f. 110/117) between Antony de Bek (bp. of Durham 1283) and John de Offord. Occ. c. 1291 (Brit. Mus., Harley MS. 6956 f. 89; cf. Appendix 3). Charged as preb. of Totenhall with pluralism, 9 Apr. 1303 (Reg. Winchelsey 1 453-4). Royal gr. of a preb. vacated by him to Odard de Monte Martini, 14 Feb. 1304 (CPR. 1301-1307 p. 214). Papal dispensation 19 Feb. for James de Hispania not to appear before abp. (CPL. 1 612, 11 11). Apparently James de Hispania regained the preb., as Odard de Monte Martini did not possess a London preb. in 1308 (ibid. 11 34), and James de Hispania exch. it 16 March 1330 with John de Offord for preb. Centum Solidorum in Lincoln (Lincoln, Reg. iv (Burghersh) f. 403).
