Upon Report of Mr. Baron Atkins, "That himself
and the Judges to whom the Errors of the Writ of
Error between Stone Plaintiff and Bovett Defendant,
(fn. *) that there is no Ground of any Error in the Judgement
given in the King's Bench:"
It is thereupon Ordered, That the Judgement given
in the King's Bench is hereby affirmed.
