PRAYERS.
Hull Magazine, &c.
A LETTER from the Committee at Hull, of the
Tenth of May, concerning their Care for shipping
and conveying away the Magazine there; and likewise
the Copy of a Warrant inclosed, for the Summoning of
the Gentry and Freeholders of the County of Yorke,
was read: And
It is Resolved, upon the Question, That the Charges
which the Committees at Hull shall be at, in the Service
of this House, shall be borne and allowed unto them by
the House.
Successes in Ireland.
Two Letters; One from the Earl of Ormond, of the
Fifth of May; another from Sir Jo. Temple, of the same
Date; concerning some good Successes it pleased God
to give his Majesty's Forces; were this Day read; and
ordered to be printed.
Provisions for Ireland.
Mr. Vassall, Mr. Spurstoe, Mr. Roll, Mr. Venn, Mr.
Matthewes, Ald. Soames, Mr. Bond, Mr. Greene, Ald.
Penington, Sir Walt. Erle, Mr. Beding feild, Mr. Bents,
Mr. Cage, Mr. Ashe, Mr. Blakeston, Sir Rob. Craine,
Mr. Morley, Mr. Cromwell, Sir Ric. Cave, Sir Wm.
Waller.
This Committee is to consider of the Propositions of
certain Merchants, or of any Persons, concerning the
Supplying of Ireland with necessary Provisions; and to
report the same to the House: And they are to take care,
that the Corn in his Majesty's Dominions, may be taken
off the People's Hands and employed for Ireland: And
are to meet this Afternoon, at Two .. Clock, in the Starchamber: And so from time to time when and where
they please.
Declaration concerning Ireland.
The Declaration at large, according to an Order of
Yesterday, was this Day brought in, and read; and, by
Vote, upon the Question, assented; and ordered, that it
be carried up to the Lords; and their Consent desired
unto it.
Resolved, upon the Question, That the Warrant under
Mr. Secretary Nicholas his Hand, for the Printing the
Proclamations for proclaiming the Rebels in Ireland
Traitors, shall be printed at the End of this Declaration.
Members not to go out.
Ordered, That no Member of the House shall go out
without Leave.

A Message from the Lords, by Baron Henden, and
J. Foster;
The Lords have sent down a Bill, intituled, An Act
to restrain Peers, made hereafter, from Sitting or Voting
in Parliament.
Message to Lords.
Mr. Pierrepointe is appointed to go to the Lords, to
desire them, that the Committee of their House concerning the Depositions, and the Committee for preparing an
Answer to his Majesty's last Messages * * * *
Declarations.
Ordered, That the Declarations be fair written and ingrossed, against Monday next: And that no Copies be
given out of it, nor Notes taken of it, in the mean time.
Suffolk Petitions.
The House being informed, that divers Gentlemen of
the County of Staff' were at the Door; who desired to
to present a Petition to the House;
They were called in; and did present a Petition from
the Knights, Esquires, Gentlemen, Ministers and Freeholders, and other Inhabitants of that County:
Which when they had done, they withdrew.
And their Petition to this House was read.
They presented another Petition, addressed to the
Lords, in which they desired the Approbation of this
House.

"The House hath read both your Petitions: in That
to this House they find many judicious Expressions of
Affection to his Majesty, to the Kingdom, this House,
and the Commonwealth. They very well approve of the
Petition to the Lords; and perceive you to be Men of
that Discretion, that for the Delivery of it, they leave it
unto you."
Ordered, That this Petition be recorded in the Journals
of this House.
Grant to the Speaker.
Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Ro. Pye and Mr.
Green, to take some Course speedily to pay the Two thousand Pounds, the First Proportion of the Monies allotted
unto Mr. Speaker: And that an Acquittance under Mr.
Speaker's Hand, shall be a sufficient Discharge unto them.
Money Committee.
Ordered, That the Committee concerning Money do
meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock.
Warrant to Killigrew.
Ordered, That Mr. Speaker shall grant a Warrant, to
transport Mr. H. Killigrew, his Two Servants, and Three
Horses, into Ireland; the Names of the Servants being
specified in the Warrant.
Answer from Lords.
Mr. Pierrepointe brings Answer, That the Lords agree,
that the Committees concerning the Depositions, and
that is appointed to prepare an Answer to his Majesty's
last Messages, do meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock.
Providing Money.
Ordered, That the House shall be resolved into a Committee on Monday Morning next, the Second Business,
to take into Consideration the Providing of a present
Stock of Money.
Person dismissed.
Ordered, That Jo. Kellett, of Boston, who was summoned to appear here, upon Complaint of a Riot committed by him in Lincolnshire, be for the present
dismissed from any farther Attendance; Sir Anthony
Ireby undertaking, that he shall appear when he shall
be required upon a new Summons.
Deputy Lieutenant.
The House doth approve of Mr. Robert Payton, of
Dunnington, to be one of the Deputy Lieutenants for
the County of Cambridge and Isle of Elye.
Assembly of Divines.
Ordered, That the Committee concerning the Calling
the Assembly of Divines do meet this Afternoon, at Two
of Clock, in the House: And that the Members of the
House do present the Names of the Divines approved
of, with their Christian Names, and Additions, to that
Committee.
Vaughan's Cause.
Ordered, That Mr. Peard do make Report of Mr.
Vaughan's Cause on Wednesday Morning next.
