beget a Peace:" Which this House Resolved of; and
Ordered, To sit this Afternoon at Three a Clock, and
to send to the House of Commons, to desire them to
sit.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by
Serjeant Whitfeild and Serjeant Glanvile:
To desire them to fit this Afternoon, at Three of the
Clock; for this House may have Occasion of some Business of Importance.

Paviours in Old Palace-yard petition for Payment.
The Petition of the Paviours and Workmen, that
work in The Old Palace, desiring Money to defray the
Charges that they have been at: It is Ordered, That
they shall bring in their Bills, of the Charges and Work
which is due unto them, to Inigo Jones, and the Officers
of the King's Work, who are to peruse and examine
them, to see if they be reasonable Rates and Demands
that are made, and to report the same to this House;
and then further Directions therein shall be given.
Countess of Arundel to transport Furniture.
Ordered, That the China Dishes and Hangings of
the Countess of Arundell shall be permitted to be
transported beyond the Seas, without any Lett or Interruption.
