PRAYERS.

Earl of Manchester was appointed to be Speaker this Day.

Sir Abraham Dawes's Bill.

Ordered, That the Committee for the Bill concerning Sir Abram Dawes's Creditors shall meet on Tuesday next, in the Afternoon; and these Lords following were added to the Committee:

Comes Sarum.
Comes Bedford.
L. Wharton.
L. Brooke.
L. Grey of Werke.

Herne, for printing Pamphlets since his Commitment.

Next, Herne the Printer was brought to the Bar, for printing divers scandalous Pamphlets; and these Witnesses following were produced, and proved, upon Oath, that they had the Pamphlets at his House:

Grace Browne.
Eliz. Hunter.
Sarah Wilkinson, and
Anne Vines.

His Journeymen sent for.

Herne denied they were printed by his Consent; and being asked what Servants he had, he named Wm. Gall, Wm. Hunt, and Edward Bill: Hereupon the House Ordered, That they shall be sent for, to attend the House To-morrow Morning, to be examined concerning this Business, at which Time the said Herne is to be brought again.

Mr. Rodes, a Pass.

Ordered, That Mr. Ric'd Rodes, Equerry to His Majesty, shall have a Pass, to go to Oxford.

Sir Humphrey Styles, a Pass.

Ordered, That Sir Humphrey Stiles, a Servant to His Majesty, shall have a Pass, quietly to go to Oxford.

E. of Warwick's Cause, about the Letter-Office.

Ordered, That this House appoints Dr. Aylett to take the Examinations in the Earl of Warwicke's Business, concerning the Letter-office.

Adjourn.
