s. 13 And be it enacted, That in the Chapter[s] of the Cathedral Church[es] of ... Gloucester ... the first vacant Canonry shall be suspended, and the Canonry secondly vacant shall be filled up, and the Canonry thirdly vacant shall be suspended.
