L. Stafford Presideney.
It was moved, That whereas the Lord Stafford, sitting
in the ancient Place of the Lord Stafford in Parliament,
it might be referred to the Consideration of the Committee of Privileges; which was so Ordered.
Concerning the admitting of the E. of Middlesex to his Seat.
A Motion was made by the Earl of Bristoll, concerning
the Admission of the E. of Middlesex to fit as a Peer again in the Honourable House of Parliament, and it was referred to the Consideration of the Committee for Privileges.
Academy.
The Earl Marshal moved the House, That whereas
formerly the erecting of an Academy for the breeding
of Noblemen and Gentry, was referred to the Consideration of the Grand Committee for Privileges, that it might
now again be referred to the Committee of Privileges.
Oath of Allegiance.
Whereas the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, in the
High Court of Parliament assembled, have formerly, in
the Beginning of a Parliament, taken the Oath of Allegiance; it is now referred to the Consideration of the
Grand Committee for Privileges, before they take it.
Died and Dressed Cloths.
