List of Forces delivered.
The House being informed, "That a Person from
the Office of the Secretary at War attended;"
He was called in; and, at the Bar, presented to the
House, pursuant to their Address to His Majesty of
Monday last, "A List of His Majesty's Land Forces now
in Great Britain, the Plantations, Minorca, Gibraltar,
and Flanders."
And then he withdrew.
The House being also informed, "That Mr. Addison,
Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, attended;"
He was called in; and, at the Bar, presented likewise to the House, pursuant to the said Address, "A
List of the Regiments upon the Establishment of Ireland."
And then he withdrew.
And the said Lists were read.
Mutiny Bill.
Hodie 2a
vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act
for the better regulating the Forces to be continued in
His Majesty's Service; and for the Payment of the
said Forces, and of their Quarters."
Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a
Committee of the whole House, on Monday next; and
that all the Lords be summoned to attend the Service of
this House that Day.
Standing Orders, Report concerning, to be considered.
Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to
take into Consideration the Report from the Committee
appointed to consider of the Roll of Standing Orders,
and to report to the House what Alterations they shall
think proper to be made therein; and who were also
empowered to propose such new Orders as they should
think proper, in order to be made Standing Orders of
this House:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Wednesday next
this House will take the said Report into Consideration;
and that all the Lords be summoned.
L. Digby's Bill, to debar his Eldest Son from his Title, &c.
The House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill,
intituled, "An Act for appointing Persons to take Care
of the Person and Estate of John Digby Esquire,
Eldest Son and Heir Apparent of William Lord Digby
in the Kingdom of Ireland."
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was
resumed.
And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said
Committee, "That they had been in Consideration of
the Bill, and heard Counsel for the said John Digby
in relation thereunto, and made some Progress therein."
And his Lordship also acquainted the House, "That
the Committee had directed him to move, That they
may have Leave to fit again."
Ordered, That on Tuesday next this House shall be
put into a Committee, to consider further of the said
Bill; and that all the Lords be summoned to attend the
Service of the House that Day.

Daly versus French.
Upon reading the Petition of Denis Daly Junior
Esquire and Ellin his Wife; praying, "That, in tender
Consideration of the Trouble and Expence they have
been at this Time Twelve Months, and also this present Session of Parliament, in order to bring their
Appeal to a Hearing, this House will dispense with
the Petitioners serving Mary Lynch with the Order of
Monday last, appointing her peremptorily to answer
the said Appeal; in regard she is now in Ireland, and
neglected to answer, though formerly served with the
Order of this House for that Purpose, and is no Way
concerned in Interest in the Cause:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the
Thirteenth Day of June next, at Eleven a Clock; and
that if the said Mary Lynch do not before that Time
put in her Answer to the said Appeal, without further
Notice, then the said Cause shall be heard, as against
her, ex Parte.
