and Anne his Wife, was presented to the House, and
read; complaining of Part of a Decree of the Court
of Chancery, made the Seventh Day of July in the
Ninth Year of the Reign of Her late Majesty, in certain Causes, wherein the Appellants were Plaintiffs, and
Sir Ralph Asheton and others Defendants; & è contra;
and praying, "That the same may be reversed:"
Appeal rejected, not being brought in Time.
Ordered, That the said Appeal be rejected; the
same not being brought within the Time limited by
the Standing Order of this House; but without Prejudice to its being hereafter received.

Cochineal Importation, Bill.
Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to
be put into a Committee on the Bill, intituled, "An
Act for the free Importation of Cochineal, during
the Time therein limited;" and for the Commissioners
of the Customs to attend; and likewise for such
Merchants and Clothiers, as shall think themselves concerned therein, to be heard:
It is Ordered, That this House shall be put into
a Committee on the said Bill, To-morrow; and that
the Commissioners of the Customs do then attend; and
that such Merchants and Clothiers may be heard before
the said Committee.
