A Letter be James, King of Scots the [Fourth] to the proveist and baillies of the city of Glasgow, louseing his former recognitione and granting them license to use and occupy their friedome as they did of befor. Dated at Edinburgh the seventeenth day of Januarij and fourth yeir of his regne, and hes a little reid seall affixt.
