in Boston, and that the churche requiryth of right to be payd. To the

Agnes my wyff have all my landes and tenementes lying and standyng in
Frampton for terme of her lyff. I will that my wyff have all suche my
landes as lyeth in Wyberton duryng her lyff, and also the house that I
bought of mr Hough duryng her lyff, and aftyr her decesse it to remayn to
Richerd Jefferay my sonne. I will that Richerd Tonnerde surrendre the
landes aforesayd beyng in copy holde in Frampton and Wyberton to the

I will that Richerd Jefferay my sonne have the house that William Beel
of Frampton dwellyth in with the appurtenances. Also I will yff it shall
please allmyghtty God to send my wyff yssue, and good delyveraunce of
that chylde that she is with, to the plesure of allmyghtty God, and yff it
be a man chylde that then I will it have the house that one Walker of
Frampton dwellyth in with all the grounde therto belongyng, and also a
nother house that I bought of John Richerdson my brother in lawe with

and also I will that it have a nother halff acre lying betwene mr Arleker.

aftyr the decesse of my wyff yff he come to laufull age, to have it in fee
symple, and yff it fortune hym to dye afore he cum to laufull age, then
I will that it remayn accordyng as all other thynges do before wryttyn.
Also I will that the sayd Richerd have xl. I will that yff it please God
that the other that my wyff is withall yff it be a man chylde that it have
other xl. I will that yff the one of them dye afore that he comme to
laufull age that then the other to be hys heyr, and yff fortune them bothe
to dye then I will that the on halff of ther bequest remayn to my wyff
and the other halff to remayn to my other chylder. To Agnes my eldest

Also I will that the money that I have bequethyd unto my doughters
afore rehersyd that it remane in the handes of Thomas Wormeslay within
