The church and house plans were drawn by Laurence Hunt, and the church plans were dated by H. M. Colvin. The plans of Banbury terraced houses are based on drafts by N. H. Cooper. The maps were drawn by K. J. Wass from drafts by Janet Cooper; they are based on the Ordnance Survey, with the sanction of H.M. Stationery Office, Crown Copyright reserved.
