Fd. 655–6, c. 966; diss. 1539. London prop. 1291, 1392, 1535. In 1291 the estate lay in 63; by c. 1400 also in 46. On the foundation of the see of Peterborough in 1541, the abbey's former estate was divided between the bishop and the dean and chapter, the London properties going to the bishop; see below, 201.
