Merchants Adventurers.

1. The Bill touching Merchants Adventurers, and Selling of Wares in gross.

Maydestone Charter.

It is Ordered, That Mr. Recorder and Mr. Serjeant Morgan shall peruse the Charter of Maydestone in Kent, whether they may have Burgesses in this House; and, in the mean time, the Burgesses there to be absent out of this House, till it be fully ordered.

L.1. The Bill touching the Values of Lands, granted by the King's Letters Patents, or to be granted, to be answered of the Value.

L. 1. That no Person receive Spiritual Promotion, if he be not Deacon or Priest.

Assize of Fuel.

L. 1. The Bill for Assize of Tallwood, Billet, Faggot, or Coals, in London or Westminster.

Privilege.

It is Ordered, That John Dyneley, Servant to E. Wilson, Burgess for Grampound, shall have Privilege for Arrest at the Suit of T. Clayton.
