Master Richard Cocus. (fn. 1) All his houses in Colecherche, purchased from the Bishop of Carlisle, (fn. 2) he leaves for the maintenance of London Bridge, on condition that the wardens of the same for the time being provide a chantry for the good of his soul; and in default his executors to dispose of the same for similar uses as shall seem to them most fit. No date.
