Proceedings against Oconnor.
Ordered, That the Business concerning Wm. Oconnor,
Priest and Jesuit, be referred to the Committee that is to
prepare the Charge against Secretary Windebank: And
they have Power to examine Mrs. Hussy, that informs
against the said Oconnor, or any other, that may be con-
cerned in that Business; and to consider of the whole State
of the Business, and every particular circumstance of it.
Person sent for.
Ordered, That James Brinker, Esquire, High Sheriff
of the County of Carnarvon, be forthwith sent for, as a
Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms attending on this
House, to answer his Neglect and Contempt to this
House and Commonwealth, in not returning a Knight
and Burgess for that Town and County, in above a
Month after the Election was made; and to answer other
Misdemeanours, by him committed, in the Carriage of
that Election.
Potter's Petition.
Ordered, That the Petition of Anth. Potter be referred
to the Committee, that is to examine the Misdemeanours,
of the Diocese of Lincolne.

Ordered, That Mr. David Bandinell, Dean of the Isle
of Jersey, be summoned and required to appear here

him by Samuel de la Place, of the said Isle of Jersey.
