This is the Acco^mpte of vs Richard Darlowe and Thomas Browne Churchwardens of the paroche of S^t Martines in the ffieldes by Charing cross in the Countie of Midd'. Chosen and appointed for the Space of twoo whole yeares. Endinge at the natiuitie of o^r lord god a Thowsand ffyve hundreth Seauentie and ffiue & in the Eigheteⁿth yeare of the reigne of o^r most gratious and Souereigne Ladie Elizabeth by the grace of god of England ffraunce and Ireland defendo^r of the ffaieth &c. Aswell for the reaceipte as also for the paimentes and oother Chargis specified and Contayned in this our accompte as heareafter followeth &c.
