Ground landlord, leaseholder, etc.

The freeholder is Mrs. Amelia Mary Birts, and the occupier is W. Heath.

General description and date of structure.

These premises consist of two storeys and attic over a shop, and contain an interesting deal staircase of the late 17th century having well-turned balusters with moulded close string and a continuous square newel. The roof is tiled.

Condition of repair.

Fair.
